What we Do
Arts and Media Press shall publish and market, conduct profile-raising efforts that may include but not limit to query letters, professional book reviews, print and online ads, bookstore certifications, linkage drops, radio interviews etc to display author-client's book(s) in sales outlets that may include but not limit to journals, libraries, bookstores, online platforms, e-publications etc based on the campaign platform specifically designed and prepared for the Author-Client.
Originality
The Author-Client maintains that he/she did not copy/claim the work or any part thereof from any person or party with existing copyrights or mention/claim an invention with existing patents held by others, or discretion over the work otherwise risk debarment from this sponsorship and working agreement.
Ownership
The author-client preserves 100% of all the rights and licenses to the 'output'. Other properties by Arts and Media Press including the company logo, partner names and properties and trademarks shall be relinquished should the author vote to terminate this agreement.
Fulfillment
The Author-Client shall cover all costs for reviewing the title. Arts and Media Press shall in addition, cover the cost to print another set of copies for the same purpose. All promotional activities for the publication of the Author-Client's book shall commence immediately upon receipt of this Working Agreement duly signed by the Author-Client. Nonetheless, Arts and Media Press shall not fulfill/complete any publication or marketing, unless the amount specified herein is fully accomplished by the partner Author-Client.
Royalties, Book Sales and Work Framework
The Author- Client earns 75% royalties for each book sold after the printing and distribution cost sold through Arts and Media Press partner distributors.
